Cancellations
Customers can amend or cancel items depending on the status and progress of their order. To cancel or amend an order customers must notify us in writing via email at [email protected] with their full name, order number and details of the request as soon as possible.
Cancelling or Amending Main Collection, Made to Measure & Bespoke Orders
Making changes to an order, including cancelling it can be made up until the point the latex for the order is cut, after which the order will be fulfilled.
Cancelling Services
It is not possible to cancel a service fee once a service has commenced - examples include but are not limited to our Repair service and Made to Measure service.
Exchange Policy
We do not offer direct exchanges for size or any other reason. Customers can obtain a different size by returning eligible items in accordance with our Cancellation and Return Policy for store credit. This store credit can then be used to place a new order for a different size.
Return Policy
Customers have the right to return their order within 14 days of receiving their items for eligible items. To return an item or order customers must notify us in writing via email at [email protected] with their full name, order number and details of the request as soon as possible.
Returning Main Collection, Made to Measure & Bespoke Items
As all Main Collection products, Made to Measure and Bespoke items are made to order, they are exempt from the statutory 14-day return rights. It is therefore important to ensure the Size Guide is carefully consulted or sizing advice is sought from our customer services team prior to ordering.
Returning Ready-to-Ship Items
As all products in our Ready to Ship collection are not customized, they are eligible to be returned, a request must be received within 14 days of receipt of delivery. Customers must return the product in their original, unworn, and unwashed condition. Customers have the option to receive a store credit or refund for the value of the goods (excluding any shipping costs) this will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned products back at our workshop.
Additional Products Exempt from Return
Please note that the right to return products does not apply to products which fall into the following categories unless faulty or not as described: Toys, Lubricants, Sex Aids and Personal Hygiene products. Clearance items are final sale, customers should check the product description carefully before ordering.
