Invincible Guarantee

We pride ourselves on the quality of workmanship and we guarantee our items against manufacturing faults for up to 12 months from the date of ordering.

Self-repair on any faults or chlorination of a product will invalidate the guarantee. Our guarantee does not cover accidental damage including splits in the latex. Customer should consult our Rubber Care Guide on how to look after latex and reduce the likelihood of accidental damage.

Customers wishing to make a claim under this guarantee should email us their full name, order number, description of the issue and clear photographs of the problem and we will review each case thoroughly.
