If you have any enquiries about your order please get in touch with us via phone or email, and we’ll provide you with the latest information. Please also refer to your order acknowledgement email which will give you an indication of your expected lead time and once your order is dispatched you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your parcels progress through your chosen couriers network.
What should I do if I have a problem with my order?

DHL offer a neutral label option for us and this will ensure the description is not listed on your shipping label.

Why does my rubber arrive looking dull?
It’s normal for your rubber wear to arrive with a matt finish, as it is not polished prior to shipping and will be lightly dusted in talc. While some customers prefer this natural look, most desire a high-gloss shine. By following the care instructions provided, you can easily achieve that glossy finish while also extending the life of your garment.
How do I get into my rubber?
Firstly, ensure you are using a dressing aid such as talcum powder or Vividress which is available on the website. When putting on tight latex garments such as leggings, catsuits, or sleeves, avoid simply pulling them on, as this can stretch or distort the material. Instead, take your time to position the garment properly by ensuring that the seams are aligned and straight. Then, gently roll and smooth the latex over your body, using your hands to guide it along your legs and arms without applying excessive force. Extra care should be taken with perforated latex or Lairtex.
How should I clean my rubber items?
To clean rubber garments we recommend using Viviclean. This is a special cleanser for latex clothing and washes hygienically clean with the best skin compatibility. Gently wash the rubber by hand, avoiding harsh scrubbing or twisting. Rinse thoroughly to remove any residue. Please note we would not advise the immersion of reinforced items such as harnesses, belts, or collars into water to prevent rusting. The best way to clean a reinforced items is to wipe it with a damp cloth.
How should I dry my rubber after cleaning it?
Always let the rubber air-dry completely, away from direct sunlight or heat sources. Ensure your rubber is thoroughly dried inside and out before storage, turning your garment inside out during the drying process. Latex is a porous material and can absorb moisture easily, this can lead to temporary water marks, particularly in lighter or semi-transparent colours where it's more visible. Any the water mark should disappear on its own with further drying. Trapped moisture can lead to mildew over time, so thorough drying is key, pay particular attention to pockets.
Can I use any lubricants with my rubber items?
Never use oil-based products, such as Crisco, or baby oil as they will destroy the latex. Take particular care with the use of oil based lubricants. It is advisable to stick to water or silicone based lubes.
How do I store my rubber to keep it in good condition?
Rubber should be stored away from direct sunlight, heat, and extreme cold, as these can cause the material to degrade. Store rubber items flat or hung on a wide hanger to prevent creases, and avoid contact with metals, oils, and solvents such as poppers, which can cause damage. Dusting the rubber lightly with talcum powder before storage is advised to help prevent sticking. We provide zip lock bags for individual items in your shipment which can be re- used to help store your garments safely.
How do I get my rubber to shine?
To make your rubber shine, we recommend using Vivishine which is available on our website. Follow the instructions on the product label. You can apply Vivishine directly into the water after washing your garment for a deep shine, use the Vivishine Spray for a quick and easy repolish or the Vivishine Fresh Up wipes on the go and at events.
How can I prevent my rubber from getting damaged?
Rubber is strong and pliable and if properly used will last for years, but it does have weaknesses which can irreparably damage it. Snags on walls or seating in clubs for example, catching it on a metal clamp, harness buckles, dog tags, or restraints can easily make holes in it. Luckily those sorts of holes are quickly and easily repaired by us in our workshop. Additionally, ensuring you are wearing the correct size garment will help, please ask us for advice if required. Using our Made to Measure service will reduce the likelihood of accidental damage due to an improperly fitting item.

Yes, we offer a repair service for our rubber items. If your item is damaged, please contact our customer service team with photos and a brief description of the issue. We will assess the damage and provide you with repair options, costs, and timelines. All repairs must be authorised through Customer Services before being sent in to our workshop.
What if my rubber looses elasticity?
Please remember that latex is a natural product and if cared for correctly will last you many years. Loss of elasticity, dry brittle rubber or soft rubber can be signs of aging or improper care. While some loss is natural over time, avoiding prolonged exposure to heat, sunlight, and chemicals can slow this process. If your item has lost significant elasticity, it may have reached the end of its life, please contact us to see if any repair could be carried out.
Can you repair garments from other manufactures?
We do offer repair services for garments from other manufacturers, but this depends on the item and its construction. Our team is skilled at repairing a variety of pieces, but we may not be able to service all brands or types of garments due to differences in materials, techniques, or proprietary designs. If you have an item in need of repair, please contact us with details, and we’ll let you know if we can assist.
How do I prepare my item for repair?
To ensure a smooth repair process, please follow these following steps when preparing your items for repair;
1. Clean the item - (please refer to our Rubber Care Guide), failure to do so will incur a cleaning fee of £30
2. Pack securely - using padded packaging to protect the contents during transit. Include your contact details, order details and a brief description of the issue
3. Shipping from outside the UK - mark all customs declarations as 'retuned for repair' with zero value as we cannot pay customs fees due to incorrect labelling

How do I know which size to chose?
To find the most suitable size for you, we recommend checking our sizing chart and comparing your actual body measurements. It’s important not to rely too much on sizing from regular clothing or other latex manufacturers.
Can I try on standard sizes before purchasing?
Yes! Customers have the option to try on standard sizes at the Invincible Store to assess the fit before making a purchase.
What if I fall between sizes?
If you fall between sizes, we recommend opting for our Made-to-Measure service for the best fit.
How can I assess the fit of your standard sizes?
The best way to assess the fit of our standard sizes is to order from our Ready to Ship collection. These items can be returned if necessary (please see our Return Policy and Exchange Policy for further information).
What if I'm particularly tall or short?
If you feel you are particularly tall or short, please contact us to assess the fit in length on your arms, legs, and/or body. We may be able to make a small alteration for free, or a small alteration fee may apply depending on the work required.
What should I do if I'm still unsure about my size?
If you’re still uncertain, please contact our customer service team for further advice. Most items are manufactured to order and cannot be returned, so we want to ensure you choose the right fit.
What is Made to Measure?
Made-to-Measure is a service where garments are tailored specifically to your measurements providing a more precise fit than standard sizes.
Is there a fee involved for the service?
The fee is £160 and will cover all items in your order.
How does the Made to Measure process work?
The process involves four steps:
1. Request MTM and Pay Fee: Select the closest standard size, make a note in the order comments box on the checkout page requesting Made-to-Measure, and pay the £160 fee. The fee will be collected via email and covers all items in your order
2. Collect Measurements: Measurements can be taken in-store or at home with our guide and video. If you come to the store, we will ask you to undress down to your underwear for accurate body measurements. In-store appointments take approximately 1 hour. We will also request front, back, and side photos to assist with the pattern, which will be stored confidentially.
3. Production and Delivery: Garments are made to your specifications and delivered within the standard timeframes (see Processing Times FAQ).
4. Fitting and Alteration: If possible, visit The Invincible Store for a fitting and on-the-spot alterations. If you can't come in, we'll guide you through providing feedback photos for adjustments.
Can measurements be reused for future orders?
Yes, if the product is compatible with the existing pattern, there would be no additional fee to pay. If minor alterations are required, a smaller pattern alteration fee may apply. If the pattern cannot be reused because the garment is significantly different to the existing pattern, a new fee will apply.
What if the garment doesn't fit perfectly after delivery?
We offer complimentary in-store fittings and alterations. If you can't visit, we'll arrange for you to send the item back with feedback photos. It is important to note that there may be associated fee for any neccessary adjustments required as a result of inaccurate measurements taken at home.
Can I request a copy of my measurements taken in-store?
We securely store your measurements for our internal use only to create our latex products according to our designs. Unfortunately, we cannot provide copies of these measurements. If you plan to purchase made-to-measure items from another retailer, please be aware that different retailers may use varying measurement methods, which could result in discrepancies.
The new digital size chart was launched on 25th October. It offers consistent sizing across our entire product range, with more reference points and improved diagrams to make it easier to chose the correct size.
Why does the new sizing run smaller than the old one?
We've refined our sizing to ensure a better fit for our customers. If the new chart suggests a large size than anticipated, don't be alarmed - it's designed to give you the most accurate fit possible.
Has there been any changes to the length measurements?
Yes - for some sizes our new sizing will offer a shorter cut than our old patterns on catsuits and long leg garments, if you are in any doubt please contact our customer services team for further support.
Can I still request the old sizing?
If you've ordered from us before, you can still request the old sizing by leaving a note in the order comments box on the checkout page. Please note that the old sizing will gradually be phased out as we transition to the new system.
How do I take accurate measurements for the new sizing chart?
For the best results, use a soft measuring tape, standing bare foot in your underwear. Make sure the tape is snug and not too tight.
What should I do if I am still unsure of my size after measuring?
If you are in-between sizes then you would benefit from our Made to Measure service for the best fit. You can always reach out to our friendly customer services team for personalised advice or if you have specific fit requirements.
Do you have any tips for getting the most accurate body measurements?
Always measure yourself in front of a mirror to ensure your measuring tape stays level. It is always helpful for a friend or partner to assist you, especially for hard to hear areas. Avoid measuring over clothing as this can distort your true size and use a soft measuring tape for accuracy.
Do I need to consider the stretch of the latex when taking my measurements?
No need to worry about the stretch of the latex as a stretch allowance is already built into the garment pattern. Simply measure your actual body size and review the tabs in the size guide. We will take care of the rest to ensure you get the snug fit you expect.
What size range do you offer?
We've expanded our range to include 2XS and 4XL to provide even greater choice. These sizes will gradually be added to each product. If you do not see 2XS or 4XL in the drop down options, please select a different size, leave a note in the order comments box on the checkout page and let our customer services team aware.
How often should I update my measurements?
It's a good idea to retake your measurements every 6-12 months or if you've experienced any significant changes in weight or body shape. Keeping your measurements up to date ensures that you always select the most appropriate size.
Why are accurate body measurements important?
Most of our items are mode to order, which means they cannot be returned. Taking precise measurements helps ensure that your order fits the first time.
Can I use sizing from regular clothing or other latex retails for reference?
We recommend against replying on sizing from regular clothing or other latex brands as our chart is specifically tailored to our designs.
Do you cater for tall or short customers?
You can always reach out to our friendly customer services team for personalised advice or if you have specific fit requirements. We may be able to make an alteration to our standard pattern. Please note we would not be able to make any alterations to products listed in our Ready to Ship collection.

Our Collections
The Ready to Ship Collection features items that are either pre-made or made to order, allowing for quicker delivery. Some items are crafted specifically for you, while others are available off the peg from the Invincible Store.

How can I order from the Ready to Ship collection?
Simply browse the collection on our website, select your desired items, and proceed to checkout. All eligible items (with a product code starting with RS- ) will be processed and shipped promptly.
Are there any customisation options for items in the Ready to Ship collection?
Ready to Ship items have no customizable options, except for size selection. The main latex colour is primarily black, but you will find the same item in the main collection with fully customisable options.
What if an order contains a mix of Ready to Ship and Main collection items?
The overall lead time for the order will be determined by the item with the longest lead time. If you need the Ready to Ship items quickly, we recommend placing separate orders.
Can items from the Ready to Ship collection be returned?

We offer over 40 latex colours in our main collection, giving you the flexibility to choose the perfect hue for your custom order.
Can I customise my order?
Yes! Our main collection has the greatest number of customizable options available (colours, trims, stripes, logos and lettering) allowing you to tailor your order to fit your individual style and needs.
Can items from the Main collection be returned?
All main collection orders are made to order, which means they cannot be returned. Please ensure you select your sizes and options carefully before placing your order. Full details can be found in our Exchange Policy and Return Policy FAQ.
All main collection items are fully customizable through the drop-down options on the product pages. You can add lettering, logos, stripes, and zips to personalize your order.
Can I customise standard designs beyond what is offered on the product page?
Yes, standard designs can be further customized for an additional fee. This includes options such as special latex gauges, unique latex colours, and personalized fonts and logos.
How can I request additional customisation?
For any customization options not provided on the product page, please contact our customer service team. They will be happy to assist you with your specific requests.
Can customised items be returned?
No, customized orders cannot be returned as they are made to order specifically for you. Please ensure that you review all customization options carefully before completing your purchase. Full details can be found in our Exchange Policy and Return Policy FAQ.
How long do bespoke orders take to manufacture?
The lead time for bespoke orders is approximately 9 weeks.
What is the ordering process for bespoke orders?
1. Initial Deposit - We'll provide you with an initial estimate for your project.
2. Deposit - If you choose to proceed, a non-refundable deposit of £150 is required. This will be redeemed against the final cost of your design.
3. Design Finalisation - Our design team will work with you to finalise all the details of your garment. You'll receive a clear, itemised invoice and a colour technical drawing of your bespoke item.
4. Sizing Options - You can choose between our standard sizing or our Made to Measure service.
We’re excited to help bring your vision to life!
Our Clearance category features items at significantly reduced prices. All clearance items are in good, usable condition. However, some items may be workshop seconds, pieces made during staff training sessions that are not routinely stocked in The Invincible Store / Ready to Ship Collection, or ex-photoshoot items. We recommend consulting the product description carefully for further details on each item.
Can I return or exchange items from Clearance?
Clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Please consult the product description and sizing chart carefully or seek assistance from our Customer Services team if unsure the item will fit before making the purchase.
How long will Clearance prices be available?
Clearance pricing is available while supplies last. Stock is limited, so we recommend acting quickly to secure your items before they sell out.
Are additional discounts applicable to Clearance items?
Clearance items are usually excluded from additional promotions or coupon codes as they are already heavily discounted. Please check the terms of any promotional codes for exclusions.
What if the item I want sells out? Will it be restocked?
Clearance items are typically not restocked. Once sold out, they are no longer available. You can check our other collections for similar products if an item you're interested in sells out.
Can I purchase clearance items online and in-store?
Yes, you can find clearance items both online and in-store.
Is there a difference between sale items and Clearance items?
Sale items are usually temporarily discounted and may still return to regular pricing, while clearance items are permanently marked down and will not be restocked once sold out.

How do I customise an item or request a Made-to-Measure fit?
Simply choose the closest standard size and leave your custom request in the Order Notes box on the checkout page. We’ll be in touch via email to confirm details.
Do I need to create an account to place an order?
Not at all! You can check out as a guest if you prefer. However, if you log in or create an Invincible account, your order will be saved to your account area—making it easier to track your order history and manage future purchases.
What happens after I place my order?
You’ll receive a confirmation email right away. If your item is made-to-order or customised, we’ll contact you to gather any additional information via email. You will receive an email from our workshop team with your estimated lead time, usually the morning (UK time) after you place your order.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment options displayed at checkout.
Can I track my order?
Yes! Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
I have a question before ordering—what should I do?

Discount codes must be applied at the time of checkout. Enter your code into the designated ‘Coupon Code’ box on the checkout page, and the discount will be automatically deducted from your total.
Can I apply a code after placing my order?
Unfortunately, we are unable to apply discount codes to orders that have already been placed. To avoid missing out on savings, please ensure that any applicable codes are entered before completing your purchase.
Can I use more than one code at a time?
Only one discount code can be used per order unless explicitly stated otherwise. If you have multiple codes, choose the one that provides the best savings.
Do codes have an expiration date?

What if my code isn't working?

Yes! You can purchase digital gift certificates directly through our website—perfect for treating someone special when you're not quite sure what to choose.
How do I buy a gift certificate?
Simply head to our Gift Certificate product page, choose the amount you'd like to gift, and enter the recipient's details. You can also include a personal message.
How is the gift certificate delivered?
All gift certificates are sent via email. You can choose to have it delivered directly to the recipient, or to yourself if you’d prefer to forward it on at a later time.
Can I schedule a delivery date for the gift certificate?
At this time, gift certificates are sent automatically once the order is processed. If you’d like to present it at a later date, we recommend having it sent to your own email first.
Is there an expiry date on gift certificates?
Our gift certificates are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, giving the recipient plenty of time to decide.
Can the recipient use the gift certificate on anything?
Yes! Gift certificates can be used on any product on our website, or in-store including against services such as Made to Measure.
How do you redeem a gift certificate?
The recipient can enter their unique code into the 'Voucher Code' box on the checkout page. The value of the certificate will be deducted from the order total.
Can a gift certificate be used more than once?
Yes, if the full amount isn’t used in one purchase, the remaining balance will stay on the voucher until it’s spent or expires.
Can I use more than one gift certificate or discount code at checkout?
Our system only accepts one code per transaction at checkout. However, if you have multiple gift certificates and would like to combine their value, just get in touch with our customer service team—we’ll be happy to consolidate them into a single code for you.
Is sales tax included in the prices on your website?
All prices shown on our website include UK VAT where applicable. If you’re ordering from outside the UK, VAT will be removed automatically at checkout.
Will I have to pay additional taxes and duties if I’m ordering internationally?
Depending on your country’s import regulations, you may be required to pay customs duties, taxes, or fees upon delivery. These charges are set by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer.
I’m in the EU—will I have to pay tax or duties?
Since the UK is no longer part of the EU single market, EU customers may be required to pay VAT, customs duties, or clearance fees when the order arrives in your country. These charges vary by country and are collected by your local customs authority via your chosen courier.
What is the differenece bewteen import tax and duties?
While they sound similar, they refer to different things.
Import duties (sometimes called customs duties or tariffs) are fees imposed by a country's customs authority on goods entering that country. Import tax typically refers to Value Added Tax (VAT), Goods and Services Tax (GST), or sales tax, depending on the country. It’s similar to the tax you’d pay if you bought something locally.
Import duties and taxes are not charged us as the retailer — they are collected by your local customs authority or courier service on behalf of your government. These charges are not included in the price of your order. Depending on your country, you may be required to pay both import duties and taxes on the same shipment. This is standard procedure for international deliveries and applies regardless of where you order from or which courier you chose.
How is tax calculated at checkout?
If you’re in the UK, VAT is included in your total. For international customers, the VAT will be removed during checkout, and any applicable import duties or taxes will be charged separately by your chosen courier before delivery.
Where can I find a tax invoice for my order?
A digital invoice is sent via email once your order has been placed. If you need a VAT invoice for business or tax purposes, just let us know and we’ll be happy to provide one.
Are there any new charges for orders going to the U.S.?
The U.S. government has announced upcoming tariffs on certain categories of imported goods from the UK. If these go into effect, your order may be subject to additional import duties on arrival.
Orders that contain only items from our Ready to Ship collection, Clearance collection. Toys, Lubricants, Aromas & Latex Shine are processed within 2 working days. You can browse the collection here.
Main Collection
The lead time for orders from our Main Collection typically range from 1 to 7 weeks, depending on the complexity and size of the order. Most orders are dispatched within a couple of weeks, but busier periods may be longer. After placing your order, we will email you with an estimated delivery time. If you haven’t received an order confirmation, please check your junk or spam folder before reaching out to us. Ordering your items with our Made to Measure service will not impact your lead time as long as your payment and measurements are received promptly.
Bespoke Design
The lead time for bespoke designs is typically around 9 weeks once your design has been fully finalised and payment has been made.
Urgent Requests
If you need your order urgently for an event or special occasion, please Customer Services us as soon as possible. While we strive to accommodate urgent requests, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to fulfil every request.
Repair Service
The lead time for repairs is typically around 1-2 weeks once the item has been received back at Invincible and payment has been made.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number and link so that you can follow the progress of your order.
Will I be required to sign for my parcel?
All parcels will require a signature at the delivery address but not necessarily from the recipient. Therefore your order can conveniently be received by other members of your household.
Do I have inflight options to allow my parcel to be left with a neighbour or in a safe place?
Most of our couriers will have the option for in-flight options to allow you to get your order delivered to a neighbour or safe place. Please note, that in doing so, you will accept liability for the parcel in the eventuality it become lost or stolen.
Can I combine orders to save on shipping costs?
It is possible to add items to an existing order, please note that in doing so you may extend the lead time for your original order dependant on what items you are wanting to add. Please get in touch with Customers Services prior to placing a new order, so we can advise you further.
Who can I contact if I have an issue with my delivery?
If you experience an issue with your delivery, your first step should be to contact the courier directly using your tracking number for assistance. If you still need further help or the issue persists, our Customer Services team is here to assist you in resolving the matter.
What happens if my order gets lost in the post?
In the unlikely event that your order seems to be lost, please first reach out to the courier using your tracking number for an update. If the issue remains unresolved, contact our Customer Services team, and we will assist in raising an investigation with the courier. If the parcel is officially declared lost by the courier, we will assist in raising a claim and replacement order.
What happens if I miss my delivery?
If you miss your delivery, the courier will try again on the next working day, alternatively use your tracking number to access your inflight options to schedule a redelivery or provide further instructions such as deliver to a neighbour. After a third delivery attempt the courier will hold onto your parcel for a short period of time giving you instructions to collect your parcel. After this time, your parcel will be returned to us and you will be liable for repeat postage plus any return fees incurred.
Can I collect my order from The Invincible Store?
We offer a Collection option for customers who prefer to pick up their order directly from our showroom. Simply select the Collection (Nottingham, UK) option at checkout, and we will notify you once your order is ready for pickup. Please note that if you choose the collection option but later decide you need your items shipped, a shipping charge will be applied accordingly. We will contact you to arrange the shipping method and collect the necessary payment before dispatching your order. Please check our store opening times and address here.
Cancellation, Returns & Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges for size or any other reason. Customers can obtain a different size by returning eligible items in accordance with our Return Policy for store credit. This store credit can then be used to place a new order for a different size.
Before placing an order, we strongly recommend consulting our Size Guide to ensure the best possible fit. Our customer service team is available to provide sizing advice and guidance.
Customers can amend or cancel items depending on the status and progress of their order. To cancel or amend an order customers must notify us in writing via email at [email protected] with their full name, order number and details of the request as soon as possible.
Cancelling or Amending Main Collection, Made to Measure & Bespoke Orders
Making changes to an order, including cancelling it can be made up until the point the latex for the order is cut, after which the order will be fulfilled.
Cancelling or Amending Ready-to-Ship Orders
Due to the fast-processing timeframe for Ready to Ship orders, changes can be made to Ready to Ship orders up until the point that the items have been packed for dispatch.
Receiving Your Order
Customers should inspect their order carefully upon arrival, trying on clothing with talcum powder first. Refrain from applying any latex shine, lube or dressing aid on your first wear, as doing so will invalidate any return or exchange options.
Returning Main Collection, Made to Measure & Bespoke Items
As all Main Collection products, Made to Measure and Bespoke items are made to order, they are exempt from the statutory 14-day return rights. It is therefore important to ensure the Size Guide is carefully consulted or sizing advice is sought from our customer services team prior to ordering.
Returning Ready-to-Ship Items
As all products in our Ready to Ship collection are not customized, they are eligible to be returned, a request must be received within 14 days of receipt of delivery. Customers must return the product in their original, unworn, and unwashed condition.
Customers have the option to receive a store credit or refund for the value of the goods (excluding any shipping costs) this will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned products back at our workshop.
Additional Products Exempt from Return
Please note that the right to return products does not apply to products which fall into the following categories unless faulty or not as described: Toys, Lubricants, Sex Aids and Personal Hygiene products. Clearance items are final sale, customers should check the product description carefully before ordering.
Returns Process & Refunds
If a customer wishes to return any eligible products from their order, they must send these back within 14 days of us authorising your request via email. The cost of the return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Refunds or Store Credit will be issued for the product cost, excluding any shipping fees.
Once a return is authorised, we will provide instructions on how to send back the product. We recommend using a tracked shipping service for returns, as we are not responsible for lost parcels. If the returned products are damaged, worn, or not in their original condition, the return will be refused, and the customer will be responsible for any repeat shipping charges to send the item back.
Returns from Outside the UK
When returning eligible products from outside the UK, it is mandatory to mark any customs declaration as products for return and declare the value as nil. Failure to do so will incorrectly incur import duties, we will reject the delivery, and the parcel will be returned to the customer.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If an item received is faulty or incorrect, customers must contact customer services within 14 days of receipt with their full name, order number and photographic evidence of the fault. We will assess the issue and, if necessary, arrange for a replacement, including postage where applicable.
Undelivered Items Returned
If an order is returned to us undelivered, the customer will be responsible for the additional transport and handling charges imposed by the courier plus repeat shipping charges to re-ship the order. We will endeavour to proactively inform the customer of any action needed to facilitate the delivery of an order; the courier will make multiple delivery attempts before holding onto the parcel for up to a week prior to sending the parcel back to us.
Self-repair on any faults or chlorination of a product will invalidate the guarantee. Our Invincible Guarantee does not cover accidental damage including splits in the latex. Customer should consult our Rubber Care Guide on how to look after latex and reduce the likelihood of accidental damage.
Customers wishing to make a claim under this guarantee should email us their full name, order number, description of the issue and clear photographs of the problem and we will review each case thoroughly.

For those who wish to see all of the available colours, you can order a full latex colour swatch for £14.13 plus VAT. This includes samples of all the colours we stock, giving you a comprehensive look at the range we offer.
Special Notes on Semi-Transparent Colours
When selecting some of our darker Semi-Transparent colours—such as Semi-Trans Black, Blue, and Red—please be aware that they may not be as opaque as the lighter shades. If you have any concerns or specific preferences, we recommend reaching out to our team for further advice.
