Made to Measure Service
We offer a wide range of off-the-peg standard sizes to accommodate all shapes and sizes. However, standard sizes aren’t always the best fit for everyone. For a custom photo shoot fit that ensures maximum satisfaction, our Made-to-Measure service is the ideal solution.
What is Made to Measure?
Made-to-Measure is a service where garments are tailored specifically to your measurements providing a more precise fit than standard sizes.
Is there a fee involved for the service?
The fee is £160 and will cover all items in your order.
How does the Made to Measure process work?
The process involves four steps:
1. Request MTM and Pay Fee: Select the closest standard size, make a note in the order comments box on the checkout page requesting Made-to-Measure, and pay the £160 fee. The fee will be collected via email and covers all items in your order
2. Collect Measurements: Measurements can be taken in-store or at home with our guide and video. If you come to the store, we will ask you to undress down to your underwear for accurate body measurements. In-store appointments take approximately 1 hour. We will also request front, back, and side photos to assist with the pattern, which will be stored confidentially.
3. Production and Delivery: Garments are made to your specifications and delivered within the standard timeframes (see Processing Times FAQ).
4. Fitting and Alteration: If possible, visit The Invincible Store for a fitting and on-the-spot alterations. If you can't come in, we'll guide you through providing feedback photos for adjustments.
Can measurements be reused for future orders?
Yes, if the product is compatible with the existing pattern, there would be no additional fee to pay. If minor alterations are required, a smaller pattern alteration fee may apply. If the pattern cannot be reused because the garment is significantly different to the existing pattern, a new fee will apply.
What if the garment doesn't fit perfectly after delivery?
We offer complimentary in-store fittings and alterations. If you can't visit, we'll arrange for you to send the item back with feedback photos. It is important to note that there may be associated fee for any neccessary adjustments required as a result of inaccurate measurements taken at home.
Can I request a copy of my measurements taken in-store?
We securely store your measurements for our internal use only to create our latex products according to our designs. Unfortunately, we cannot provide copies of these measurements. If you plan to purchase made-to-measure items from another retailer, please be aware that different retailers may use varying measurement methods, which could result in discrepancies.
