Return Policy
Customers have the right to return their order within 14 days of
receiving their items for eligible items. To return an item or order
customers must notify us in writing via email at [email protected] with their full name, order number and details of the request as soon as possible.
Receiving Your Order
Customers should inspect their order carefully upon arrival, trying on clothing with talcum powder first. Customers should refrain from applying any latex shine, lube or dressing aid on the first wear, as doing so will invalidate any return or exchange options.
Returning Main Collection, Made to Measure & Bespoke Items
As all Main Collection products, Made to Measure and Bespoke items are made to order, they are exempt from the statutory 14-day return rights. It is therefore important to ensure the Size Guide is carefully consulted or sizing advice is sought from our customer services team prior to ordering.
Returning Ready-to-Ship Items
As all products in our Ready to Ship collection are not customized, they are eligible to be returned, a request must be received within 14 days of receipt of delivery. Customers must return the product in their original, unworn, and unwashed condition. Customers have the option to receive a store credit or refund for the value of the goods (excluding any shipping costs) this will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned products back at our workshop.
Additional Products Exempt from Return
Please note that the right to return products does not apply to products which fall into the following categories unless faulty or not as described: Toys, Lubricants, Sex Aids and Personal Hygiene products. Clearance items are final sale, customers should check the product description carefully before ordering.
Returns Process & Refunds
If a customer wishes to return any eligible products from their order, they must send these back within 14 days of us authorising your request via email. The cost of the return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Refunds or Store Credit will be issued for the product cost, excluding any shipping fees.
Once a return is authorised, we will provide instructions on how to send back the product. We recommend using a tracked shipping service for returns, as we are not responsible for lost parcels. If the returned products are damaged, worn, or not in their original condition, the return will be refused, and the customer will be responsible for any repeat shipping charges to send the item back.
Returns from Outside the UK
When returning eligible products from outside the UK, it is mandatory to mark any customs declaration as products for return and declare the value as nil. Failure to do so will incorrectly incur import duties, we will reject the delivery, and the parcel will be returned to the customer.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If an item received is faulty or incorrect, customers must contact customer services within 14 days of receipt with their full name, order number and photographic evidence of the fault. We will assess the issue and, if necessary, arrange for a replacement, including postage where applicable.
Undelivered Items Returned
If an order is returned to us undelivered, the customer will be responsible for the additional transport and handling charges imposed by the courier plus repeat shipping charges to re-ship the order. We will endeavour to proactively inform the customer of any action needed to facilitate the delivery of an order; the courier will make multiple delivery attempts before holding onto the parcel for up to a week prior to sending the parcel back to us.
