Manchester Rubber Weekend 2025 Competition – Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility:
   This competition is open to residents aged 18 or over. Employees of Invincible and their immediate families are not eligible to enter. By entering the competition, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
   
   
2. How to Enter:
   To enter, participants must post a photo of themselves wearing Invincible gear at Manchester Rubber Weekend on social media, tag @invinciblerubber (Instagram) or @invinciblerubbr (X) or @InvincibleRubber (Facebook), and use the hashtag #InvincibleRubber #MRW2025. The social media platforms are not in any way affiliated or involved in the competition.
   
   
3. Entry Period:
   Entries must be submitted between 19^th June 2025 and23rd June 2025. Entries received after this time will not be considered. Invincible Rubber will not be held liable for any failure of receipt of entries. Invincible Rubber takes no responsibility for any entries which are lost, delayed, illegible, corrupted, damaged, incomplete, or otherwise invalid.
   
   
4. Prize:
   One winner will receive the brand-new Special Forces Uniform which comprises of the Special Forces Shirt (UNI042) and Special Forces Pants (UNI043). The prize is non-transferable, and no cash alternative is offered. Accessory items or Made to Measure Service can be purchased separately. Prizes are non-negotiable, non-transferable, and non-refundable. No cash alternative is available.
   
   
5. Winner Selection:
   The winner will be chosen from across all platforms at random. The decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
   
   
6. Winner Notification:
   The winner will be notified via direct message on the platform used for entry within 10 days of the competition closing date. The winner must respond within 5 days to claim their prize, or an alternative winner may be selected.
   
   
7. Usage Rights:
   By entering, participants grant Invincible permission to use their photos on social media, marketing materials, and website, with credit given to the participant where possible. Accounts must be set to public.
   
   
8. General:
   Invincible reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition without notice. Any changes will be posted on the official Invincible social media channels. To the extent permitted by applicable law, The Promoter shall not be liable under or in connection with these terms and conditions, the competition or any Prize for any indirect, special or consequential cost, expense, loss or damage suffered by a participant even if such cost, expense, loss or damage was reasonably foreseeable or might reasonably have been contemplated by the participant and the promoter and whether arising from breach of contract, tort, negligence, breach of statutory duty or otherwise.
   
   
9. Privacy:
   Personal data collected during the competition will be used solely for administering the competition and will not be shared with third parties. The winners name, email address and telephone number will need to be provided to us to facilitate the fulfilment of the prize.
