Returns Policy

Due to the nature of the Latex material used to produce our products we do not accept returns or exchanges on items that can constitute a health risk to any of our customers. All clearance items are non-refundable or exchangeable at point of sale.

If we accept an item back for a refund there is a 15% handling fee payable which will be deducted from the refund due, this fee covers the inspection cleaning and restocking of the product or products being returned. All clearance items are non-refundable or exchangeable at point of sale.

Customised orders

What constitues a customised order.

 By adding an attribute to an order or ordering in a colour other than Black the customer has then customised the product/order, this can be by way of colour choice, choice of stripes, choice of stripe colour, adding zips, zip colour and also by changing the thickness of the latex.

All images shown on the website are for display purposes only and to help customers make choices of the colours and attributes available, Invincible’s range of clothing comes in black as standard and without any attributes added unless the design is so.

Sales of all customised items and items altered from the original design, made to measure and also any of our Underwear items, accessories such as Gloves, Socks, Hoods and Toys are considered final at checkout and non refundable or exchangeable.

We therefore ask you to please check our size guide to help assist you in making the right choice of size or if in any doubt please contact us for further assistance.

Invincible Rubber prides itself on the high quality of all of its products. We will gladly replace an item if found to be faulty, we guarantee our workmanship.

Please call us first to discuss any potential return, never send any items back without prior communication this is very important thank you.

When returning an item clearly mark the package as a "ITEM BEING RETURNED FOR REPAIR" as we are not responsible for any customs duties imposed, if the item is found to be faulty a refund or exchange can be offered or a credit note.

Any item being returned for an exchange must be returned in the original condition it was sent out, any item found not to meet this requirement will be returned and the shipping charged accordingly.

Returns for refunds will be subject to a 15% handling fee please baer this in mind and this will be dedcuted from the refund.

Any item being returned for repair must be clean and free from silicone spray or any other shine products, we cannot accept items which do not comply with these requests.

These items will be returned or charged a fee for cleaning as preparation for the purpose of repair, if you have any questions abouot repair work please conatct us.
