Time an order takes

Please note that because of the Covid-19 Pandemic, that orders are taking longer than normal to be delivered by the postal services. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this difficult time.

Please allow between two to five weeks for dispatch of your order, especially during busy periods. Most orders are sent within a couple of weeks. Please see our ready to send section for same day dispatch www.invinciblerubber.com/readytosend. once an order is placed we will email you with an approximate delivery time. If you have not received an order confirmation, please check your junk or spam folder before contacting us. Please add us to your e-mail address book or safe senders list.

If you require your order urgently for an event or special occasion and have left it late in the day to place an order, please contact us and we will endeavour to meet your request. Please note, whilst we will do everything possible to get your order to you, we cannot be held responsible for any delays in the delivery times caused by Royal Mail or FedEx. We are subject to their terms and conditions regarding delivery and any delays. If a parcel is lost, then we have to allow the courier time to investigate and report to us before we can make a claim. This can sometimes take up to 25 days in the case of Royal Mail. Please bear this in mind if you choose to use their services. For a quicker delivery service we offer FedEx for Europe and International orders, quotes can be found using the website when ordering.
