Please allow up 6 to 8 working weeks for dispatch of your order, especially during busy periods.
If you should require your order urgently for an event and have left it late in the day to place an order, please contact us and we will endeavour to meet your request if possible. All parcels are sent using plain packaging materials, we will place our return address on all parcels sent. This is for parcels to be returned to us if not signed for or collected by the customer. We cannot be held responsible for any delays in the delivery times, this is carried out by third party businesses on our behalf. We are subject to their terms and conditions regarding delivery times and any delays. If a parcel is lost, then we have to allow the courier time to investigate and report to us before we can make a claim. This can sometimes take up to 25 days in the case of Royal Mail, please bear this in mind if you choose to use their services.
