How to order

Placing an order is simple, once you've found the items you’d like to buy and have added them to your basket, you can begin the checkout process by clicking on the Shopping Cart link at the top right of your screen.

You can go straight to checkout to pay for your goods and arrange delivery. You can also opt to register with us so that you can retrieve your details and chosen delivery address. Please note that this does not include your payment card details, we do not store any card details on our systems. You’ll be asked to set up a password to access your account. If you’ve already registered online with www.invinciblerubber.com, simply enter your email address and password. At checkout, you can review and amend your order details on the order summary page When you're ready to complete your order, click the ’checkout’ button and then choose your delivery address click next, please note, we cannot send orders to PO Boxes. You then choose your choice of shipping method, click next, and then payment method. At confirming the order you will be asked to enter your card details for payment. You will be redirected to a secure online payment portal (Sage Pay) which handles all our payment processing off site. If you have not received a confirmation email within 24 hours of placing your order, or your products have not been delivered within the time scale stated in the email, or you have any other questions, then please e mail customer services at customerservices@invinciblerubber.com  or phone us on +44(0)115 970 2200 between 9am and 6pm Monday to Thursday and 5pm Fridays.

Some items are held in stock, and they can be dispatched to you as soon as we receive the order. The majority of items are hand made to order, and those items can take between two to six weeks before they are dispatched, smaller orders can be made and sent within a couple of weeks. visit our Ready to Send Category www.invinciblerubber.com/ready-to-send.  All items in this category are available for immediate dispatch if ordered before 1pm (Mon-Fri)

Customers are also welcome to visit the Invincible Rubber Showroom in Nottingham and place an order over the counter and have one of our team answer any rubber related questions you may have. 

Please take a moment to read over your confirmation email and notify us if there are any changes you would like to make. Once an order has been made it cannot be rectified. Leave any order requests in the additional comments box prior to checking out where we will pick them up when your order comes through to us. We will notify you with an approximate delivery date once your order has been placed.
