How to order
Once you've found the items you’d like to buy and have added them to your basket, you can begin the checkout process by clicking on the “Shopping Cart” link at the top right of your screen.
You can go straight to checkout to pay for your goods and arrange delivery. You can also opt to register with us so that you can retrieve your details and chosen delivery address/es. (Please note that this does not include your payment card details, we do not store any card details on our systems. All payments are handled by a third-party Sage Pay off site.) You’ll be asked to set up a password to access your account. If you’ve already registered online with www.invinciblerubber.com, simply enter your email address and password. At checkout, you can review and amend your order details on the order summary page When you're ready to complete your order, click the ’checkout’ button and then choose your delivery address click next. You then choose your choice of shipping method click next and then payment method, at confirming the order you will be asked to enter your card details for payment. You will be redirected to Sage Pay who handles all our payment processing off site. We do not store any card details on our site, you may be able to do this with Sage Pay please ask us for more information. If you haven’t received a confirmation email within 24 hours of placing your order, or your products have not been delivered within the time scale stated in the email, or you have any other questions, then please e mail customer services at email@example.com or phone us on +44(0)115 970 2200 between 9am and 5.30pm Monday to Thursday and 5pm Fridays. Orders can take up to 8 working weeks to arrive, this is depending on the volume of orders and our current order book.
Please take care when ordering and please do check all the details are correct, errors cannot be rectified after an order has been made for you. Leave any order requests in the comments box prior to checking out where we will pick them up and execute these for you, if we need to contact you, we will. Otherwise we will use the order and details as supplied by you at point of sale, as your full request for the order in question.
