General Information
VAT will only apply to customers ordering from within the United Kingdom. In Europe, if your order is 150 euros or less, we'll handle the tax payment for you through Taxamo. This means you will not have to pay taxes separately when your order arrives at your local customs office. You'll notice this as "Taxamo Taxes" during the checkout process. If you don't see "Taxamo Taxes" at checkout, it means that we do not currently provide the option for prepaid taxes in your area or for an order of the current value. As soon your order has been successfully placed through our website, you will receive a copy of the invoice from Taxamo for your records.
There is a currency convertor on our site, which when selected to the currency of your choice will give you an approximate price in that currency. Please bear in mind that this is a guide and currency rates can fluctuate daily.
BREXIT:
As the UK has now left the EU this means that small changes have to be made to the way we sell our products to our EU customers. The key differences are as follows:
EU customers will now be able to shop with UK VAT (20%) automatically deducted when they place orders above 150 euros.
Once we dispatch your purchase, our courier FedEx, UPS or your postal service will contact you in order to pay your own country’s tax and any duties that may be applicable.
All international parcels will have a discreet customs declaration attached and once you have paid any applicable charges, you will be able to receive the goods without delay as usual.
These arrangements have worked for many years across the world, and we hope that you will find the process easy.
You can cancel your order within seven days of sending it to us.
If your order has not been fully processed once placed with us, i.e. been cut and made ready for manufacture, we will refund the payment in full. If the order has been processed and cut ready to be made, we will deduct a 15% handling fee to cover our costs and bank charges before making the refund.
The right of cancellation does not apply to any items which are made to measure, or which have been customised.

Please allow between two to nine weeks for dispatch of your order, especially during busy periods. Most orders are sent within a couple of weeks. Please see our ready to send section for same day dispatch www.invinciblerubber.com/readytosend. once an order is placed we will email you with an approximate delivery time. If you have not received an order confirmation, please check your junk or spam folder before contacting us. Please add us to your e-mail address book or safe senders list.
If you require your order urgently for an event or special occasion and have left it late in the day to place an order, please contact us and we will endeavour to meet your request. Please note, whilst we will do everything possible to get your order to you, we cannot be held responsible for any delays in the delivery times caused by Royal Mail or FedEx. We are subject to their terms and conditions regarding delivery and any delays. If a parcel is lost, then we have to allow the courier time to investigate and report to us before we can make a claim. This can sometimes take up to 25 days in the case of Royal Mail. Please bear this in mind if you choose to use their services. For a quicker delivery service we offer FedEx for Europe and International orders, quotes can be found using the website when ordering.
All personal information obtained will be in the strictest of confidence, we will never disclose any of your information to third parties.
The easiest way to order is to use the website. If you are unable to order in that way, you can phone, email or post your order to us.
If ordering by post or email, please remember to list the product code, size, colour, quantity, address, telephone number, email address and card payment details. Due to strict regulations we do not store any personal card details on our system and all payments are handled by Sage Pay.
Once your order has been placed, you will received an order confirmation, please check this is all correct and notify us of any discrepancies. You will also receive a separate email with an estimated delivery time. To ensure that you receive our emails and order confirmations please add us to your e-mail address book or safe senders list. If you would like to add a message to your order, then this can be done in the comments box when checking out.
At Invincible we set our standards high, and we think you should too. As a team of Nottingham based artisans, we pride ourselves on producing handmade luxury latex to an outstanding standard that can only be achieved through years of experience. All of our garments are created using the finest quality Supatex latex on the market supplied to us by Four D Rubber that conforms to highest of British standards. We only source our hardware from premium suppliers with reputations that compare to our craftsmanship and desire to provide quality products. We understand the importance of confidentiality and that for some of you talking candidly about your sexual desires can be difficult - this is where we are here to help. No matter who you talk too and whether it be on the phone, via email or face to face we promise you that we will work alongside you to meet all of your wants and needs in a completely confidential and non-judgemental environment to turn your sexual fantasies into reality.
Should your latex be damaged we will do our best to repair it. So we can assess the nature of the damage and the cost of repair, please email [email protected] with clear images of the affected area that needs attention. We will then contact you and discuss the options.
If we agree to repair your garment, then please ensure it has been thoroughly washed and that all latex polish/dressing aids/substances have been removed. Please talc lightly to avoid the garment sticking to itself. If the garment has not been washed, then a £30.00 fee will apply and must be paid for before we commence the repair.

If your light or semi trans latex is marked or tarnished there is no way of removing that mark. Always follow our Rubber Care Guide . Latex is durable but can easily be damaged or torn if care is not taken. Pointed objects can pierce or tear latex, but such damage can usually be repaired. Once an item is damaged please do not continue to wear it as that is likely to make the damage worse.
When returning an item from outside the EU for repair, please clearly mark any customs declarations and on the packaging that it is being returned for repair and has zero value. All repairs must be authorised before returning to us. Please note that a repair will never be as strong as the original garment.
Your privacy is extremely important to us and our discreet packaging enables you to shop with Invincible in complete confidence. Our return address appears on the shipping label. Customs labels will always have a generic description of the goods inside the parcel i.e: sportswear.
Made to Measure
Our whole range of rubber wear is available to customers in a range of off the peg sizes from XS – XXXL. We understand (and love the fact) that everybody is different - be it body proportions, posture and body shape. Sometimes our off the peg sizes are not the perfect fit for everyone and that is why we offer our Made to Measure service. This service gives everyone the same opportunity to own a piece of rubber gear that makes them look and feel amazing. The made to measure fee will depend on the garment you are purchasing. For a standard catsuit the cost of made to measure is £150.00 in addition to the standard cost of the garment. That pattern is kept for you and every other similar catsuit made from it costs you only the standard cost. There will be a fee for each additional pattern that has to be made for other made to measure garments.

What does our In-House Made to Measure Service entail?
To begin your In-House Made to Measure service you will need to contact us to book an appointment with one of our team here in Nottingham. Please call +44 (0)115 891 0106 or email us at [email protected] and we will then be happy to discuss any requirements you may have, arrange an appointment and discuss various options available. In certain circumstances we are able to offer an expedited service to ensure that your item will be completed more quickly than usual.
What to expect when visiting us for your appointment.
Your appointment will usually last 1-2 hours. You will have the opportunity to try on some of our rubber wear and get familiar with our styles and cuts. We will then take a set of measurements and begin building your customer profile. Throughout the appointment we will take photos of you in our rubber, your body shape & your natural stance and that will all be added to your customer profile – your face is never included in any pictures and only the pattern cutting department have access to the pictures when creating your custom pattern.
At the end of the appointment you will be given an approximate completion date. We will then keep you up to date with the progress of the order.When your Made to Measure garment has been made we would like you to come into the showroom for a fitting. If any alterations or improvements are required they will usually be done there and then, and your pattern will be altered for future use, and you will be able to take the garment home with you. As with all bespoke clothing, it often requires more than one fitting, and several adjustments may be required to get the perfect fit that you are looking for.
If you are not able to come to the showroom for a fitting we will send the garment to you. If you would like any changes or alterations, we will ask you to take photographs showing where the changes should be made, and return the item to us with the photographs. The garment will be altered and then be returned to you as quickly as possible.
For customers who can not make it to our showroom for our in-House service, we offer an Online Made to Measure service. This comes with a step by step instructional video of how to take accurate measurements which you will then submit to us as part of your customer profile. If necessary, we can offer you an appointment with one of our team via Skype. During the Skype call, they will help you when taking the measurements and will also be available to answer any questions you may have. The rest of the process is the same as our in-house Made to Measure Service and will still include any further fittings and any alterations required. This will be done via email/Skype and will require you to return the suit to us via post, as above.
Customised Orders
Our standard designs are customisable. You can choose, by ordering on the website, different colours, different stripes and other variations, and they are all options you are able to pick before placing an order.
You may wish to alter a standard design, by asking for particular lettering, altering the thickness of the latex, or some other change that is not available with the drop down boxes on the website. These are customised orders. Please contact us to discuss any such requirements you may have.
Bespoke Design
Here at Invincible we have a number of university trained designers who are only too keen to assist you in the design of any latex garments which are not in our current catalogue. If you have an idea for something very special that you would like to have made, contact us as above. One of our designers would be delighted to talk through your ideas, and then prepare a colour technical drawing showing you what the garment will look like. If you are happy with that we will then create a pattern and then make up the item just as in the made to Measure sections above.
Customer Service

You will be given a tracking number so you can follow the parcel through its delivery journey.
We offer various ways for you to pay for your orders, this includes Visa, Visa Debit; MasterCard; Maestro; American Express and PayPal.
We also accept invinciblerubber.com gift vouchers, https://www.invinciblerubber.com/index.php?route=account/voucher You may use a combination of gift vouchers and any payment card to pay for your order, and we also accept cash sales in person at our showroom.

Placing an order is simple, once you've found the items you’d like to buy and have added them to your basket, you can begin the checkout process by clicking on the Shopping Cart link at the top right of your screen.
You can go straight to checkout to pay for your goods and arrange delivery. You can also opt to register with us so that you can retrieve your details and chosen delivery address. Please note that this does not include your payment card details, we do not store any card details on our systems. You’ll be asked to set up a password to access your account. If you’ve already registered online with www.invinciblerubber.com, simply enter your email address and password. At checkout, you can review and amend your order details on the order summary page When you're ready to complete your order, click the ’checkout’ button and then choose your delivery address click next, please note, we cannot send orders to PO Boxes. You then choose your choice of shipping method, click next, and then payment method. At confirming the order you will be asked to enter your card details for payment. You will be redirected to a secure online payment portal (Sage Pay) which handles all our payment processing off site. If you have not received a confirmation email within 24 hours of placing your order, or your products have not been delivered within the time scale stated in the email, or you have any other questions, then please e mail customer services at [email protected] or phone us on +44 (0)115 891 0106 between 9am and 6pm Monday to Thursday and 5pm Fridays.
Some items are held in stock, and they can be dispatched to you as soon as we receive the order. The majority of items are hand made to order, and those items can take between two to six weeks before they are dispatched, smaller orders can be made and sent within a couple of weeks. Customers are also welcome to visit the Invincible Rubber Showroom in Nottingham and place an order over the counter and have one of our team answer any rubber related questions you may have.
Please take a moment to read over your confirmation email and notify us if there are any changes you would like to make. Once an order has been made it cannot be rectified. Leave any order requests in the additional comments box prior to checking out where we will pick them up when your order comes through to us. We will notify you with an approximate delivery date once your order has been placed.
You can buy and use Invincible Rubber gift certificates in store or online. To purchase a gift certificate of any amount please click here. Gift certificates can be directly sent to a third party as well as attaching a personal message. The certificate will have a unique code which must be entered when checking out (please log into your account). If any credit is remaining, this will be left on your account for your next purchase.
From time to time Invincible Rubber will run special offers and discounts, which we will send out through our Newsletter and our social media pages. For a discount code to become effective, you will be required to log into your account.

Caring for and getting the most out of your rubber products
It is normal for your rubber wear to arrive looking dull, as it is not polished before sending. Some people prefer to wear it like that but most will want it to have a deep shine. By following this information you will achieve that shine, and also prolong the life of your garment.
When putting on your latex, apply talcum powder, or one of the dressing aids available from our website, on the inside of your garment and directly to your skin. Vividress or Pjur dressing aid is perfect to assist you into your latex.
When putting on tight leggings, or a cat suit, or tight sleeves do not simply pull them on. Gripping far too tight and pulling too hard can cause the latex to stretch and distort. Line up the garment to ensure that the seams are straight before you start to put it on, then use your hands to roll and smooth the rubber along your legs and arms. Wipe off any excess talc from the outside of the garment with a clean damp cloth, rinse the cloth and repeat the process until all the powder has been removed. If using Vividress or Pjur rub any excess over the garment, either using your hands or buff up with a soft damp cloth or sponge.
To make your rubber shine we recommend the use of Vivishine or Pjur Ultra Spray. All are available from our website. Follow the instructions on the label of the products themselves.
After wearing your garment, we recommend that you rinse it using warm water or Viviclean, or another suitable cleaning brand for latex. Please note we would not advise the immersion of reinforced items such as harnesses, belts, or collars into water to prevent damage. The best way to clean a reinforced items is to wipe it with a damp cloth.
Always allow your garment to completely dry before storing away; failure to do so can lead to problems with adhesion of parts of the garment together, creasing and mould.
To avoid fading and bleaching, store your garments away from heat and direct sunlight.
Never use oil-based products, such as crisco, or baby oil as they will destroy the latex. Take particular care with the use of oil based lubricants.
Rubber is strong and pliable and if properly used will last for years, but it does have weaknesses which can irreparably damage it. Snags on metal netting on the walls of clubs, for example, wreak havoc with it, and catching it on a metal clamp, or dog tag, or sling shackles can easily make holes in it. Luckily those sorts of holes are quickly and easily repaired.
Semi trans latex and light-coloured latex are susceptible to marking from metal objects, even the press studs from a cod piece. To avoid this always store your latex products separately, and never fold directly on to the studs. Always re-attach the cod piece to your suit otherwise the metal may harm the rubber it comes in to contact with leaving marks.
Looking after products with Lairtex (perforated latex) When putting on a garment that come with our Lairtex panels, please ensure that you do not catch your fingers or feet in the perforated holes. This is a delicate fabric and we advise that you take your time to ensure that you don't damage the suit.

Choosing your size
When buying Rubber Wear online you'll want to choose the right size for you. So we recommend double checking your measurements and referring to our size charts supplied. Doing this will help avoid any exchanges & returns. If you are in any doubt, then please get in touch with us, where we can advise you further.

First of all, it's best to stand barefoot in your underwear. For best results take your measurements a few times or get someone else to measure you. Take care not to hold the measuring tape too loosely or to pull it too taut. Below are some of the most common measurements we will require when placing your order or checking your size before choosing from off the peg items i.e. Extra Small, Small, Medium etc...
Collar
Measure around the base of your neck where your collar normally would sit.
Chest
Measure around your chest at its broadest and fullest part through the nipple, avoiding placing the tape too high under your arms.
Waist
Measure around your natural waistline, at the point your waistband or belt usually sits.
Inside Leg
Measure from the top of your inside leg at the crotch to ankle for such items as Catsuit, Leggings and Skinhead Jeans. For items such as Jeans or Dungarees measure from the top of your inside leg at the crotch to where your normal trousers/Jeans finish.
Mid Thigh
Measure around your thigh at the midway point this is important to us so please be accurate when taking any of the above measurements thank you.

We stock over 40 different latex colours, below is our chart to help as a guide. The latex colours shown here can vary depending on your computer screen, please bear this in mind when ordering. We are happy to provide a latex colour sample swatch service, please e-mail us at [email protected] and we will be send you a sample of any colour we stock by post.
Please note that when ordering some of the darker Semi Transparent colours, such as Semi Trans Black, Blue & Red that they may not be as opaque as the lighter colours. You can order a full swatch of the colours that we have available at a cost of £14.13 plus VAT.
