Pricing
All prices displayed on our website are in Sterling UK, which include 20% value added tax. You can change the currency for your country by selecting the change currency button which can be found on the top right hand side of the website. Please note that this is for guideline purposes only and you will be charged in Sterling UK for all purchases.

Sales Tax
Customers ordering from outside the European Union will not be charged sales tax and this will be automatically deducted from you order when checking out.

What types of payment do you accept?
We accept several forms of payment, Master Card, Visa, American Express, Solo, Maestro, Delta, PayPal & cash at point of sale or by recorded/special delivery (we accept no responsibility for monies lost via postal transit). Invincible will appear on your credit card bill.

Can I return an item?

Returns Policy

Due to the nature of the Latex material used to produce our products we do not accept returns or exchanges on items that can constitute a health risk to any of our customers.

Customised orders

What constitues a customised order.

Invincible’s products are sold as standard in Black with no attributes added, by adding an attribute to an order the customer has then customised the product/order, this can be by way of colour choice, choice of stripes, choice of stripe colour, adding zips, zip colour and also by changing the thickness of the latex.

All images shown on the website are for display purposes only and to help customers make choices of the colours and attributes available, Invincible’s range of clothing comes in black as standard and without any attributes added unless the design is so.

Sales of all customised items and items altered from the original design, made to measure and also any of our underwear items, accessories such as gloves, socks and toys are considered final at checkout.

We therefore ask you to please check our size guide to help assist you in making the right choice of size or if in any doubt please contact us for further assistance.

Invincible Rubber prides itself on the high quality of all of its products. We will gladly replace an item if found to be faulty, we guarantee our workmanship.

Please call us first to discuss any potential return, never send any items back without prior communication.

When returning an item clearly mark the package as a "RETURN" as we are not responsible for any customs duties imposed, if the item is found to be faulty a refund or exchange can be offered or a credit note.

Any item being returned for an exchange must be returned in the original condition it was sent out, any item found not to meet this requirement will be returned and the shipping charged accordingly.

Any item being returned for repair must be clean and free from silicone products, this is due to health and hygiene reasons.

Cancelling your order

You can cancel an order within two weeks after we have received it, if your order has not been fully processed i.e cut and ready for manufacture we will refund your payment in full. Otherwise we will levy a 15% handling fee to cover our costs and bank charges before making any refunds.

You can return new and unopened items within 14 days after they have been despatched to you.

Items should be returned in their original packaging and show no signs of wear or damage, for a refund or exchange.

Shipping & Tracking
We ship worldwide and there are a few different ways in which we can send your order, 1st Class, 2nd Class or Special Delivery for the UK, International and European orders we use Royal Mail Internationally signed for service, or you could request a courier, our choice is Fed Ex.

Do you offer discreet packaging?
All parcels sent will arrive in discreet packaging. The only markings are on the parcels are ‘Invincible’ along with our return address.

All personal information obtained will be in the strictest of confidence; we never disclose any of your information to third parties.

Made to Measure/Custom Service.

Invincible Rubber has a made to measure service.

We offer this service here at our Workshop in Nottingham and we welcome visitors by appointments please call or email us to arrange your appointment.

Although our off the peg items are a great fit which has been achievable through years of development. Not everyone has the option to be able to chose off the peg, they may find that they are Taller or Shorter than average, Slim or Larger than average. So with this in mind we suggest that you choose our made to measure service, for this process we ask you to attend our showroom for a full head to toe measuring.

A pattern is then made of the item chosen and this along with your measurements are kept on file for all future purchases, all this does carry additional costs which are well worth the spend to achieve the perfect fit. If you are unable to attend an appointment we can send you one of our forms for you to complete, however we accept no responsibility if you have supplied us with incorrect measurements. Should you order not fit according to your measurements supplied we will not be able to accept the item back or give you an exchange or refund please measure carefully.

It is always best to have someone measure you whilst stood fully upright, to ensure accurate measurements.

Can you repair my rubber? - Invincible can repair most items that have been accidentally damaged, even from other suppliers, if you have an item that is in need of repair, then please email us for details. We ask that garments being returned for a repair be in a clean condition, with any silicone product washed off.

Rubber care

Getting the most out of your rubber wear

It’s normal for your rubber wear to arrive looking dull, in order to achieve a deep shine and prolong the life of your rubber wear we recommend that you follow the advice below.

1. Apply talcum powder, Vividress or Pjur on the inside of your garment or directly to your skin before attempting to put it on. Any of the dressing aids are perfect to assist you into your latex garment, all are available from our website.
2. Wipe off any excess talc on the outside of the garment with a clean damp cloth, rinse cloth and repeat process until all the talcum powder has been removed. If using any of the dressing aids rub any excess over the garment, either using your hands or buff up with a soft damp cloth or sponge.
3. To make your rubber shine we recommend the use of silicone spray, Vivishine or Pjur all available from our website, silicone spray is not available to overseas customers due to airfreight restrictions.
4. After wearing your garment we recommend you rinse it using warm water and a little detergent, we also stock, Hexi blue a special detergent which is ideal for sanitising your rubber wear. Always allow your garment to completely dry before storing away.
5. To avoid fading and bleaching, store your garments away from heat and direct sunlight.
6. Never use oil based products, as they will destroy the latex.
7. Light colours and semi transparent latex can sometimes mark if they come into contact with some metals, i.e. coins etc... Always avoid this.
8. To stop accidental damage to your rubber wear, avoid things that could cause it to snag, i.e. finger, toenails and jewellery. We can repair most items that may have been damaged in this way, contact us for more information.
